Brown & Gold PAC Announce Inaugural Congressional Black Caucus Reception

BALTIMORE, MD — Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Incorporated, through its Brown & Gold Public Affairs Committee (PAC), is proud to announce a historic milestone for the organization. On Friday, September 26, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, the Brown & Gold PAC will sponsor its inaugural Congressional Black Caucus Reception, hosted at the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States (DISCUS), 101 Constitution Ave. NW, Suite 350 West, Washington, DC 20001.
The reception will feature special guest Congresswoman Shontel Brown of Ohio’s 11th Congressional District, along with several of her esteemed colleagues in Congress, who will extend greetings to the Brothers of Iota Phi Theta and invited guests.
This landmark event reflects the Fraternity’s growing political presence and commitment to civic engagement. By establishing a direct platform during the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s Annual Legislative Conference, Iota Phi Theta underscores its mission to uplift communities, build meaningful partnerships, and represent its values on a national stage.
Brothers in the Washington, DC area and those attending the CBCF Annual Legislative Conference are encouraged to join for an evening of fellowship, networking, and empowerment.
