Frank is one of the nicest persons' I have ever known. He will be greatly missed by the Black operated non-profit Community Development Corporations in Baltimore, Maryland. He was always willing to give excellent financial advice and assist in the process of acquiring capital resources for the construction of affordable housing. Rest in peace friend

Frank Coakley was a dear friend of mine and my family. He was always there for the Hensons for more than 50 years. Frank matriculated at City College high school and Morgan State College. Also my alma maters. He held important positions in Baltimore City, the state of Maryland and the federal government. No matter how big the title he was never to big to offer advice and mentor a young person. Frank will be missed by many. His specialties were finance and housing. However his parting gift to us all those who knew him and those who didn't was the example he set as a humble man of service. So long Frank you left big shoes to fill.
